These terms apply when you use pagemeadowhub.click or commission journey work from Page Meadow Hub. By requesting an audit, mapping day, path review, or health check, you accept them.

Page Meadow Hub practises from Level 10, 34 Demo Street, George Town 00000. The client is the organisation or person named on the engagement letter.
Services
We provide human-led user journey analytics as described on this site. We do not sell software access, app store listings, or development. Written maps and audits are professional opinions based on the walks we were able to complete with the access you granted.
Acceptance and changes
A booking exists when we confirm dates in writing and a deposit is received. Changes of task, app, or language after confirmation may require a new fee. Material on this website is descriptive; the engagement letter controls if there is a clash.
Intellectual property
You keep the app, trademarks, and internal documents you share. Page Meadow Hub keeps methods, card formats, and facilitation scripts. The map, photographs of your wall, and the written audit for your engagement are licensed to you for internal use. Public posting of an audit requires our written consent, because it may still describe stalls in a way that identifies staff.
Confidentiality
We treat test accounts, unreleased screens, and session notes as confidential. We may mention a sector (for example, grocery) in general teaching notes without naming you, unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We are not responsible for commercial decisions you take after a readout, nor for defects in the app. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not allow a limit. We do not warrant a particular change in user behaviour.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Pulau Pinang have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent relief elsewhere to protect confidential material.
