Facilitated mapping day

A single day on the wall. Your team names every screen of a path while we keep the arrows honest and the jargon off the cards.

Facilitated mapping day

One working day · Your office, our George Town room, or a hired hall in Penang · Day rate RM 3,200

A mapping day is for teams who already argue about “the onboarding” without agreeing which screen that phrase includes. We facilitate. You bring the people who own copy, layout, and the rules behind each field.

The day opens with a quiet walk of the live path on phones, then cards go on the wall. We stop the group when a card is actually three screens, or when a tap is treated as optional when the app treats it as required. Lunch is a pause, not a presentation. The afternoon tests one returning-user variant.

You leave with a photographed wall, a typed list of screens in order, and a short note of disagreements that were not resolved. It is not a full audit. Many clients book the journey audit after they see how much of the path was unnamed.

Capacity is eight people in the room. Materials (cards, tape, printed frames) are included for George Town sessions. If you host, we send a packing list a week ahead.
