These rules apply to commissioned user journey analytics: audits, mapping days, release reviews, and seasonal health checks. They do not cover goods, subscriptions, or app store purchases, because we do not sell those.
Eligibility
A refund is considered when we cancel, when we cannot obtain working access after a good-faith attempt, or when you cancel within the windows below. Fees already earned for work started are not returned in full.
Timeframes
- More than ten working days before the first scheduled session: deposit returned minus a RM 250 administration charge.
- Ten to three working days before: deposit is kept; any balance not yet invoiced is not due.
- Fewer than three working days, or after work has started: no refund of deposit. Time already spent on intake, access checks, or mapping is billed at RM 400 per hour against the remaining fee, with a cap of the agreed total.
Full or partial
A full refund (minus the administration charge where stated) applies if we cancel for our own staffing reasons and you do not want a new date. A partial refund applies if we have delivered a map but not the written audit, in proportion to the unreadout work, as written in the engagement letter.
Non-refundable
Room hire billed at cost, printed frames already produced, and travel booked at your request are not refundable once purchased. Health-check visits skipped by you in a given quarter are not credited unless you postponed under the windows above.
Process
Write to hello@pagemeadowhub.click with the engagement dates and the reason. We confirm in writing within five working days. Approved refunds are paid to the account that paid us, within fourteen working days of confirmation, by bank transfer in ringgit.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may propose one new date without extra fee if you give ten working days’ notice and we have a free day within six weeks. A second move is treated as a cancellation of the original deposit.
No-shows
If the room is ready and your attendees do not arrive, and we cannot reach you that morning, the day is treated as delivered for deposit purposes. A short mapping note of the empty wall is still sent if you ask.
Work already started
Observed sessions, draft maps, and partial letters remain our confidential work product until invoices are settled. After settlement they are licensed as in the terms.
