What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, optional app name, the kind of journey work, and your message. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. During an engagement: names of attendees, test account identifiers you provide, and session notes. We do not ask for identity card numbers or payment card details through this website.
Why we hold it
To reply to enquiries, to perform a booked engagement, to invoice, and to keep a factual record of maps we produced. Lawful bases under Malaysian personal data law include the need to perform a contract and our legitimate need to run a small practice. Where we record a session, we do so with consent given at the time.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are deleted or anonymised after eighteen months. Engagement files, including maps, are kept for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes, then destroyed unless a longer legal hold applies. Cookie preference is stored in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or limit how we use it, subject to Malaysian law. Write to hello@pagemeadowhub.click. We respond within a month. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.
International transfers
Our mailbox and site host may store copies outside Malaysia. We only use hosts that agree to keep the material confidential. Session recordings stay on encrypted drives in our George Town room unless you ask for a copy.
Site measurement
If you accept cookies, a simple visit count may run. If you reject, the site still works. See the cookies page.
