Full journey audit
From RM 8,400 for one primary task and one return path, ten working days, map plus written audit and a readout. Extra tasks are quoted as add-ons, typically RM 2,400 each when they share the same login and audience.
Facilitated mapping day
RM 3,200 for a day with up to eight people. Room hire in Penang, if we need a hall larger than our Level 10 table, is billed at cost.
Single-release path review
From RM 3,800. A second review of the same release after a late change is RM 1,600 if it happens within ten days.
Seasonal health check
RM 2,600 per visit, only after a prior audit of the same path.
What moves a quote
- A bilingual path that must be walked twice
- Devices we do not already hold (we have common Android and iPhone models; uncommon kiosks or in-car screens are extra)
- Travel beyond Penang Island and Butterworth
- A legal review of consent wording, which we do not provide; we only pause if your notice is missing
Deposits are thirty percent to hold dates. Invoices are due within fourteen days of the readout unless the engagement letter says otherwise. Refund and postponement rules sit on their own page.
